SOFTCOVE offers free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the contiguous United States. This includes every item in our catalog, with no minimum purchase required. Your shipping cost will always be $0.00 at checkout. Free shipping applies to standard ground delivery via our trusted carrier partners. Expedited or overnight shipping options are available for an additional fee; please contact our customer service team for a custom quote.
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders must be placed by 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) to be processed on the same business day. Orders received after 5:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on recognized U.S. federal holidays will be processed on the next business day. We strongly recommend placing your order before the cut-off time to avoid any unnecessary delays in handling and transit.
Handling Time
Once your order is received and confirmed, SOFTCOVE requires a handling period of 1 to 3 business days. During this time, we carefully pick, pack, and prepare your items for shipment. Handling time begins the first business day after your order is placed (if placed before the 5:00 PM EST cut-off). Please note that orders placed after the cut-off will have their handling time start on the following business day. Custom or personalized items may require additional handling time; we will notify you if any delay occurs.
Transit Time
After your package leaves our facility, standard transit time is 2 to 5 business days for delivery within the contiguous United States. Transit days are calculated from the date the carrier receives the package, not from the order date. Actual delivery times may vary based on the destination, weather conditions, or carrier capacity. SOFTCOVE is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, and to U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico and Guam. Shipping time and costs for non-contiguous locations may differ from the standard free shipping offer. International shipping is not available at this time. For customers in Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories, a shipping surcharge may apply, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping Carriers
SOFTCOVE partners with major carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and USPS, to ensure safe and timely delivery. The specific carrier for your order is chosen based on destination, package weight, and service availability.
